Withdrawing consent

How to withdraw your consent and what happens next.

You can withdraw your consent at any time through the same link you used to consent. When you withdraw:

  • The check is cancelled
  • The credit is returned to the employer
  • No further referee invitations are sent
  • Any referees who have already replied remain recorded

What happens to your data

Your data is retained for 3 months from when the check closes, then deleted. You can also email privacy@prehire.ai for any data erasure or correction requests.
